About Eleva Wellbeing

Why we built Eleva Wellbeing

A problem lived firsthand, and a gap nobody else was filling.

Our story

The gap the founder couldn’t ignore

Eleva Wellbeing was founded after a deeply personal experience. While navigating her mother’s cancer diagnosis, our CEO was working at the intersection of healthcare and technology every day.

And yet: there was nothing to support her own mental health in the gaps. Not the long wait for therapy. Not the passive meditation apps that didn’t know she was struggling. Just the space between a demanding professional life and a healthcare system built for crisis, not the everyday.

“I was surrounded by healthcare tools at work, and still couldn’t find anything that actually helped me get through the week.”

That experience made one thing clear: there’s a structural gap between the support that exists and the support that people actually need, every day, in the middle of a normal life.

Eleva Wellbeing is built to fill that gap.

The problem

Most support wasn’t built for the middle

Not in crisis. Not fine either. Just trying to get through the day. Here’s why existing options fall short.

  • Therapy is rare and expensive

Even at its best, therapy is once a week. For most people it's once a month, every few months, or out of reach entirely: too expensive, too long a wait, too hard to access when you need it most.

  • Apps are one-size-fits-all

Wellness apps give everyone the same content. They don't know how you feel today, and they don't change if things get worse. Generic content for a deeply personal problem.

  • No bridge to real help

Nothing connects your daily life to real clinical support. There's no system that notices when you're not okay and actually does something about it. That bridge doesn't exist yet.

Our mission

Make meaningful mental health support available to everyone, every day, not just in crisis.
