Cookie Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Eleva Wellbeing Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on elevawellbeing.com.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help a website remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or security state.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary
Always active. These cannot be disabled because they are essential to provide and secure the service.
- Security and anti-abuse technology: Cloudflare Turnstile (provided by Cloudflare), used to protect our public forms, such as the waitlist form, from automated abuse, spam, and fraud. It runs a browser-side script from Cloudflare that reads browser and device signals to generate an anti-abuse token. It does not set cookies on our website.
These technologies are used only to keep the service secure. They are not analytics or marketing technologies. The website may send the resulting security token to our private backend so that the backend can validate the request.
2.2 Analytics
Not currently used.
We do not currently use analytics cookies or similar analytics technologies on the website. If we introduce them, they will be off by default, will require your consent first, and we will update this policy.
2.3 Functional and Preference
Not currently used.
We do not currently use functional or preference cookies. If we introduce them, they will be off by default and will require your consent first.
2.4 Marketing
Not used.
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies, we do not serve advertisements, and we do not share your data with advertising networks. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
3. Managing Your Preferences
The current website uses only strictly necessary technologies, so no cookie banner is shown. If we introduce analytics, functional, or marketing technologies, we will show a cookie banner that lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or manage your choices, and you will be able to change your choices at any time.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary technologies may stop parts of the website from working.
4. Third-Party Providers and International Transfers
Where a provider processes data on our behalf, it does so as a data processor under a data processing agreement and is not permitted to use your data for its own purposes, except as described below.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile (provided by Cloudflare) for public-form security. Cloudflare may process browser, device, interaction, network, user-agent, site identifier, token, and provider-visible IP-address signals for security and anti-abuse purposes, including in the United States, and acts as an independent controller of those signals when it uses them to improve Turnstile's bot detection. These transfers are covered by the safeguards described in the Privacy Notice, under International Data Transfers.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this document reflects when it was last updated.
